Most orders that include an album/book/magazine and a small nightstand art keepsake process and ship for no more than the base shipping and handling listed below. In the event that your order contains items that are heavier, have additional items, and/or require larger shipping containers additional payment may be required. In the event of authorization of the additional amount the card originally placed on file at time of booking will be charged the final balance due.

Drop shipping carries risk. Choosing drop shipping client is aware that there are risks involved having items shipped from the studio/lab. Insurance is always added to our orders so carriers are held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Client is required to provide images and retain all packaging for 30 day minimum required by shippers during the insurance replacement window. We are required to provide these items if requested and proof during the claims process. If a situation like this does occur client understands the studio is not liable for rush re-processing of the order or expediting shipping or late order delivery. The studio is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and client will need to send in new information prior to processing.
